The Business

Metal Murder is a new and fast-growing machine shop in Auckland. We pride ourselves in great communication, quick quoting and fast turnaround of precision manufacturing, including low volume runs and one-off manufacturing. Building a relationship with clients we know is critical to understanding each other's business needs, through thoughtful, friendly and prompt communication.

Our Team

Our team is made up of toolmaking, manufacturing machining and mechanical engineering backgrounds with many years' experience using precision CNC machines and CAD/CAM.

Our Services

We have 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis CNC milling capability. Work envelope for 3 axis is 1000mm x 500mm x 500mm. 4th axis is approximately 600mm x 300mm x 300mm and 5 axis is approximately 200mm x 200mm x 200mm. As part of our journey a new machine and capability will be added each 6-12 months so we can continue to offer new services to help your business grow alongside ours. We also have an in-house mechanical engineer available for projects requiring this service, including mould design, mechanical analysis, jig/fixture design and product design. Being a well organised, clean and process-oriented shop, critical project requirements like QC on parts, documentation and material specifications fall into place easily. All complementary services like heat treatment, anodizing, powder coating etc. if requested can be carried out as well to complete your project.
